Firecracker Honey Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken drumsticks and thighs
 - 2 cups buttermilk
 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 - Vegetable oil for frying
 - 1/2 cup Bee Dolce Hot Honey
 
													Instructions:
- Marinate Chicken: In a large bowl, cover the chicken pieces with buttermilk. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
 - Prepare Flour Mixture: In a separate bowl, mix flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
 - Coat Chicken: Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge in the flour mixture, pressing to adhere.
 - Fry Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through about 15-20 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
 - Serve: Drizzle honey over the hot fried chicken and serve immediately.
